A:We offer worldwide shipping! No matter where you are, we’ll do our best to deliver to your doorstep. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your location, feel free to contact us.
A:Yes, most of our fabrics are made of 100% natural mulberry silk. The only exception is our stretch silk fabrics, which contain about 5% spandex for elastic function. Apart from that, all materials are pure mulberry silk.
A:We primarily focus on silk fabrics. The finished silk products are offered by our partner. Contact us directly for silk fabrics. For finished silk products, visit our partner (affiliate disclosure).
A:We offer both retail and wholesale services. However, the products displayed on our website are currently listed at retail prices. If you’re looking to purchase in larger quantities, you can click the “Wholesale Inquiry” button on the product page or reach out to us via the Contact Us page. Wholesale pricing is available and comes at a significantly lower rate.
A:If you want a sample for any type of silk fabrics, you can purchase 1 meter of the one you want, we don’t offer sample in addition, We also provide swatch charts, Please contact us for more details if you want the chart.
A: Yes, we do. However, our existing product range already covers most customer needs. If you have specific customization requirements, please contact us with the details of your request.
A: There is no MOQ for retail orders, but wholesale orders typically have a minimum requirement depending on the product type, you can check the MOQ on the single product pages.
Account and Payment
A:For wholesale orders, please contact us through the contact information provided on our website, specifying the products and quantities you want to order. If you only need a few amount of fabric, you can buy them on products page dirctly, where you can select different quantities. However, please make sure to let us know which color you need.
A: For small orders, PayPal is our primary payment method, PayPal allows you add most type of credit card. For wholesale orders, we follow the traditional B2B approach, with bank T/T (telegraphic transfer) as the main payment method. We also accept payments through services like WorldFirst and PingPong. If you have a preferred payment method, feel free to discuss it with us.
A: We don’t offer direct credit card payments, but you can pay via PayPal, which lets you use your credit card securely.
A: We primarily conduct transactions in USD (U.S. Dollars) currently, the prices showed are in USD in the shop, but we can also accept other currencies. Please contact us for confirmation.
Shipping and Returns
A: In-stock items typically ship within 3-5 days. Custom orders may take longer, depending on the product and order quantity.
A: If the order has not yet been shipped, we can attempt to modify or cancel it. However, once the order is processed or shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible.
